Are you are interested in engaging Chips for Charity to coordinate a poker tournament to benefit your foundation? At no cost to the charity, we will handle every aspect of the planning and management of the poker tournament, from securing appropriate vendors to running the tournament on the day of the event.

Chips for Charity requests the following from your organization:

• The charity must be a legitimate 501(c)(3) organization and furnish Chips for Charity with the applicable Tax ID number. This number will be utilized in the acquisition of donations which will be awarded as prizes to the winning participants.
• The charity will contribute to the promotion and marketing of the event. Such activities may include emailing supporters, placing tournament information on your website, distributing flyers at other charity events, etc.
• Volunteers from the organization must be available to assist Chips for Charity on the day of the event. Example tasks may include registering participants as they arrive, updating the poker tournament software during play, or collecting donations for side events. All volunteers will be fully prepared and directed by the Executive Directors of Chips for Charity at the tournament.
